Corporate Underwriting Specialist (Commercial Auto)

• have the ability to research and analyze industry and company data including regulatory and compliance research.

• can manage, write and implement underwriting guidelines to the regions and ensure compliance and alignment with corporate underwriting standards.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, and six years’ experience of Commercial Auto, involving large complex fleets, garage automobile coverage, contingent lessors’ coverage, and non-owned automobiles underwriting, including multi-line underwriting experience in commercial general liability and motor truck cargo. Experience with accounts involving actuarial reviews is also required.
