The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join the InsureBC Group at our head office in Vancouver, BC.  This exciting management role plays a crucial part in the overall day-to-day operations of the company as well as our growth as we continue expanding our size, product breadth and overall reputation within BC and across Canada.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Finding and implementing new products (could include non-insurance products)
• Assist with expanding the company through mergers, joint ventures or strategic partnerships
• Support our objective to become a leading brokerage network from Coast-to-Coast
• Assist with managing some InsureBC (100% owned) offices
• Organizing, motivating and supplying new products for our salespeople
• Relocating offices to better locations and renovating existing offices to update them with our new modern design
• Improving internal and network communications
• Offer close support to our MGA and other Internal Divisions
• Miscellaneous responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or communications
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Experience providing leadership in a senior management level position
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
