Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Supervisor to join our National Claims Management Centre. This is a remote position however, in-person attendance for meetings and training will be required in the Greater Toronto Area.  

In this role you will work as part of the Inside Claims supervisory team to achieve operational & divisional goals and motivate team members through coaching, mentoring, monitoring performance quality and technical assistance. Participate in the quality assurance process and assist manager with administrative tasks, strategy implementation. The candidate will have a strong commitment to meet key performance indications in accordance with client service level agreements.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
  • Effective management and training skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and mathematical skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective PC-Based tools skills including MS-Windows, Outlook and Office along with the capability to learn custom applications
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in all lines claims handling with an emphasis on casualty matters
  • Fully Licensed Adjuster with CIP or FCIP and CRM designation preferred
