Job Overview

As the Auto and Property Underwriter for Germania Mutual you will have to possess great analytic skills.  Your goals will include working in a team environment towards business targets and objectives established for the company.  Your success in this role will directly help in developing and maintaining positive broker relations and in sustaining our superior service standards. 

Position Requirements

• Experience: minimum of 3 years of related insurance experience
• Education: University degree, related business diploma from an accredited college, C.I.P. designation or equal combination of education and experience
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation skills. Proficiency using a computer, Microsoft applications, and e-mail is a necessity.  As well, the intuition to learn new programs and software is a highly valued asset.
