Sound familiar? Apply to join our team as the Manager, Claims Centre (Auto).  We’re looking for a strong leader who’s ready to be a champion for change as we evolve how we provide service to our customers. Using your ability to bring staff together towards a common vision, you’ll oversee and

be responsible for managing the operation of a single-line insurance (auto) claims branch. You will manage and monitor claims handling activities, provide direction to frontline employees on complex claims and ensure that claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures, and customer service targets. You may also be required to provide some administration supervision to other positions working in the claims ranch and not formally reporting to this role.



Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you.  We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as business or social sciences. Candidates should have at least eight years’ experience comprised of 4 years of leadership and 4 years’ experience in claims adjusting. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
