PAL is seeking an experienced technical claims person for our commercial and residential lines claims in our Calgary office.
Basic duties include overseeing:
- setting up claims
- running monthly Bordereaus
- entering payments
- sending cheques, letters to insureds
- billing files etc.
Necessary skills include:
- Negotiation skills with independent adjusters and markets
- Computer literacy and familiarity with accounting and invoicing software
- Experience in commercial and residential lines of business
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
