Personal Lines Account Manager

Programmed Insurance Brokers Inc. (PIB) is looking for a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail to join our Personal Lines Team, in our Elmira, Ontario office!  You will collaborate with our Account Executives to grow and support their book of business.

What you’ll do

  • Provide personal lines support, in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing our book of business.
  • Continually upgrade knowledge in business, both for servicing and license requirements.
  • Provide service to clients, prospects and co-workers as needed to increase our level of success.

What you’ll need

  • RIBO License, or willing to obtain
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skill set
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to perform work efficiently and accurately
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or broker management system would be an asset
