Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President of Sales, the Manager, Sales Effectiveness drives sales performance excellence with a proven track record in delivering continuous improvement through sales coaching and planning to meet and exceed revenue goals. This position offers the flexibility to be remote with travel to Saskatoon and Regina, or onsite or hybrid from the Saskatchewan Blue Cross office in either city.

This is a new position, that will require strong sales leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to influence peers and leaders to achieve sales results. Strong candidates will be exceptional at developing rock-solid relationships and enabling growth. They will be an exceptional coach, driven by data and sales performance metrics. They will bring experience in accelerating sales channel and product performance, with a direct, motivating, respectful and engaging management and communications style. They will be high achieving, ambitious, results-oriented, and energized by the opportunity to champion sales and experience culture across all SBC departments while evolving all sales channel touchpoints. This role strategically balances the achievement of sales goals with strong service and relationship advancement.
