Saskatchewan Blue is currently seeking a dynamic leader to join them as Assistant Vice President, Sales. This new role strategically balances the achievement of sales goals with strong service and relationship advancement. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Brand & Commercial Officer, the AVP, Sales is responsible for the strategic leadership and success of the sales function, driving sales performance excellence with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding revenue goals and forging new market opportunity. This position will collaborate across the organization to execute strategic plans that advance sales strategy and direction to ensure sustainable growth and positive financial results are achieved through the development and implementation of sales programs, intermediary strategy and retention strategy. This position offers the flexibility to be remote within Saskatchewan, or on onsite or hybrid from offices in Saskatoon and Regina.

Strong candidates will be exceptional at building strong teams, natural relationship builders with strong external relationships within the market, and will enable growth through a direct, motivating, respectful and engaging management and communications style. They will bring in-depth experience in effectively building, articulating and educating the market on sales value propositions, and have a passion for adding value to their clients and intermediary partners through proactive and insight driven support. Additionally, this new position will require strong sales leadership, technology savvy, and the ability to grow and guide high-performance Sales Teams.
