DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Interact with all co-workers and managers with respect and courtesy

·        Handle client inquires related to payments or claims

·        Process and manage all client document workflows

·        Invoice and review downloaded transactions for all policies

·        Update BMS screens

·        Review policies for rating & coverage accuracy

·        Prepare quotes to support Account Manager

·        Identify critical file or service requirements and notify the Account Manager as necessary

·        Execute follow ups for client payments

·        Review renewal lists with Account Manager

·        Follow-up on abeyances for all outstanding documentation required to complete the client file

·        Issue Certificates of Insurance

·        Maintain client file notes

·        Return client voice messages same day

QUALIFICATIONS

·        RIBO licensed

·        Effective verbal and written communications skills

·        Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision

·        Commitment to positive team dynamic

·        Excellent time management and organization skills

·        High attention to detail and accuracy

·        Ability to multi-task and respond to time sensitive deadlines

·        1-2 years commercial experience
