The Associate Vice President, Marketing brings superior customer-focused leadership to the team as evidenced in an innovative mindset related to corporate level marketing, branding, sales and distribution activities. This position serves as an empowered decision maker on the senior management team and contributes to the development of corporate strategy, policy and future planning.

The incumbent should have a superior ability to anticipate future trends and consequences accurately, and create competitive, unique, and ground-breaking strategic plans that leverage a combination of technology, data, and innovation.

The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate marketing or business degree (or equivalent).  Additionally, the incumbent should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role (insurance experience would be considered an asset), including at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
