We are looking for multiple permanent, full-time Claims Product Advisors in either Regina or Saskatoon.  Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg or Toronto locations would also be considered.  This role is eligible for hybrid work.  In this role, you will work collaboratively with management on strategies to support the efforts of Corporate Claims to provide service excellence and sustainable growth to SGI.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a framework for measuring and monitoring of claims standards and processes.  You will also develop actionable insights, recommendations and designs solutions that continuously improve the claims experience for our customers, employees and partners through collaboration and innovative thinking. 



Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity.  We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business or Mathematics & Applied Sciences.  Candidates should have at least six years’ experience in a business analytical role (i.e. performing analysis of business problems/data to identify solutions/trends).  Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
