Intermediate Adjuster (Auto)

Are you an experienced Auto Adjuster? Are you looking to advance in your career in the insurance industry? SGI CANADA is currently searching for our next Intermediate Adjuster (Auto) located in Toronto (Etobicoke or North York office).

In this role, you will investigate, evaluate and settle moderately complex auto insurance claims for Coachman/SGI CANADA (Ontario). You will also collect, review and analyze claims information to determine damage and values, interpret applicable acts, regulations and policy coverages, and negotiate claims settlements. If you have demonstrated a progressive background in auto claims adjusting, you may just be what we are looking for!

Requirements

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you.  We are looking for candidates who have a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field such as Business and at least 3 years experience in auto claims adjusting. Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation (completed or in progress). Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
