Are you a leader in Quality Assurance? Do you enjoy Business Analytics? SGI CANADA is currently searching for a Manager, Corporate Claims Quality Assurance based out of Regina!


In this role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance (QA) strategy integration and framework improvements in Claims. You will also oversee the quality assurance program that includes Corporate Claims and Claims Operations.


The Manager, Corporate Claims Quality Assurance will lead the development of quality definitions, the quality monitoring processes, and key quality indicators [KQI’s]. You will focus on continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading a team in gathering all the appropriate data to support informed decisions.  




Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you.  We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree in a field such as Business. Candidates should have at least four years of leadership experience and four years progressive experience in a Quality Assurance or Business Analytics role (e.g. performing risk assessment and analysis of business problems/data to identify solutions). Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
