Business Relationship Analyst

We are looking for multiple permanent, full-time Business Relationship Analysts (BRA) in Regina to support the Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) by assisting the business line areas and IT in understanding and documenting business problems/opportunities, supporting prioritization of initiatives, and assisting with optimizing the value of SGI’s technology investments.  The BRA monitors and reports on key success measures as initiatives within the BRM portfolio are implemented in the business.  This role supports business case development to define key success measures and value realization as part of the BRM discipline.  The BRA builds strong relationships to ensure collaboration and alignment with Business and IT.

 

Requirements

 

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity.We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, Information Technology or Mathematics & Applied Science along with a Business Relationship Management certification (CBRM) and the completion of three Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) Courses.  Candidates should have at least five years’ experience in the insurance industry.  Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
