We are looking for a strong leader who is innovative, strategic, and focused on developing effective business relationships.  In this role you will be responsible for managing the operations of Regina’s (auto and out-of-province auto and injury) claims centres. You will manage and monitor consistent claims handling activities, provide direction to frontline employees on complex claims and ensure that claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures, and customer experience targets. This position can be located at any of our SGI locations in Saskatchewan.

 

Requirements

 

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity. We are looking for candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or a related discipline or a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Candidates should have at least eight years managerial and insurance related experience with evidence of continuing professional development. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
