We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our rapidly growing commercial team at InsureLine Brokers Empire. We heavily focus on commercial transportation. InsureLine Brokers Empire has been in the insurance industry since 2009. We provide expert advice to home, auto, business, transportation, commercial, farm, and life clients. Responsibilities:

  • Providing customers with prompt service by providing advice, discussing customer concerns, including but not limited to walk-ins, emails, and phone calls
  • Entering and updating clients’ information in our BMS system
  • Preparing documentation for insurers; completing applications for new clients; issuing insurance certificates, binders, and liability certificates
  • Communicating with insurance companies and underwriters regarding policy changes, renewals and new business
  • Following up with adjusters on claims status
  • Updating of insurance summaries to correspond with current change requests
  • Keeping current with activities and workload
  • Follow branch workflows

Qualifications:

  • General Level 1 insurance license required
  • Experience with TAM and Epic an asset
  • Microsoft office 365 experience required
  • Outlook experience required
  • Transportaion or other commercial lines experience is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve, critical think and be detailed oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to be pro-active and work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Positive and respectful attitude with both clients and co-workers
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
