Senior Director, Auto Fund Claims Processes, and Investigations

We are looking for an innovative, collaborative, and strategic leader who will be responsible to ensure Saskatchewan Claims Operations business processes and transactions comply with legal and internal guidelines. In this role you will collaborate with Corporate Claims in the development and oversight of compliance and governance protocols for Saskatchewan Auto and the Special Investigations Unit. This role will oversee the Special Investigations Unit (SIU), collaborating with Corporate Claims in the development, execution and management of strategic partnerships that contribute to investigations and fraud prevention.  In addition, you will collaborate with Claims Operations management to identify, implement, maintain, and monitor processes to achieve identified standards.

 

Requirements

 

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity. We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in Business or Social Science, a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and twelve years of experience comprised of 8 years of leadership with progressively challenging responsibility and 4 years’ experience in an insurance, financial services and/or a customer focused business environment leading large-scale changes that successfully influenced employee and customer experience. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
