Director, Claims Centre (Injury)

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operation of a single-line insurance (injury) claims branch. In this role you will manage and monitor claims handling activities, provide direction to frontline employees on complex claims and ensure that claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures and customer service targets. 

Requirements

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity.  We are looking for candidates who have bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or a related discipline, a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation along with five years’ experience in a field related to claims adjusting with evidence of continuing professional development. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
