Underwriting Manager Commercial Property

As part of the management team, you will help us deliver our growth plans for our Alberta operations. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for all things underwriting – and who can take that passion to inspire their team to deliver service excellence to our broker partners.  Using your familiarity and relationships within the Alberta insurance market, you will lead a team of underwriters to understand and deliver an exceptional experience for the broker and to attract quality business to our portfolio.

Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you.  We are looking for Chartered Insurance Professionals who have a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or a related discipline. Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience in a senior role in a related field. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
