Candidates must bring the following education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce or a related discipline or a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
- Five years management experience with increasing responsibility.
- Change Management Certified.
- Customer Experience Certified.
