For you, customer experience is always top of mind. You understand that happy customers are the bread and butter of any business, and that’s why you’re so passionate about bringing the customer’s perspective to the table. As a strategic thinker, you’re able to weave the customer perspective into corporate and/or strategic initiatives and projects, and create initiatives when you see a gap to ensure the best customer experience. You understand the alignment and importance of the broker and employee experiences to delivering the intended customer experience.  As a natural leader you excel at getting everyone – from front-line staff, to the highest executives – to rally behind those initiatives.

If this sounds like you, apply to be our permanent, full-time Director of Customer Experience Delivery in Regina.
