Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a reliable Commercial Lines Assistant that provides support and service to producers, managers, clients, and insurance advisors. The successful candidate will be able demonstrate a variety of skills including problem-solving, analytical, excellent math, decision-making, communication, computer, and time management skills. A level 1 insurance license in addition to knowledge and experience in commercial property and liability are required for this role.  Experience in the use of Policy Works and The Agency Manager (TAM) is an asset.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be responsible for processing policy issuance, referrals, endorsements, payment plans, and cancellations as assigned. You will also be charged with maintaining accurate and timely client records. Responding to insurer enquiries about policy holders while adhering to internal and external underwriting policies.
