If this sounds like you, here’s what we have to offer: Our temporary, full-time Manager of Underwriting Saskatchewan Personal Property will have the opportunity to help manage SGI CANADA’s growth and profitability based out of our office in Regina for a one-year term. Your solid understanding of underwriting and workflow, allows you to be the charismatic leader we need that will build a culture and approach that delivers a property product that combines technology and service for our broker partners. We are looking to you to lead by example while attracting quality business to SGI CANADA. 


Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity — after all, we’re counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a diploma/degree in business administration, commerce, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or a related discipline (insurance, risk management or economics). Candidates should have at least five years’ experience with increasing responsibility in a senior role in a related field.  A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation would be an asset. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
