The ClaimCare Advisor, Commercial Property is responsible for:

 

• Providing genuine personal service to our customers and broker
• Negotiating fair and swift claims outcomes
• Working with our vendor partners to ensure success
• Investigating and understanding loss to pursue subrogation
• Developing your skills and abilities to become a true expert

 

The skills and experience you need to make a difference:

 

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required
• 1-year property claims handling experience is required
• Previous commercial property claims experience is an asset
• CIP designation or actively pursuing
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision
• Ability to multi-task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
