We are seeking a candidate for the full time role of Personal Lines Claims Assistant. The successful candidate will be part of the AJG Ontario Claims Team, providing support to the AJG Ontario Personal Lines Claims Department. Your positive outlook and willingness to learn are prerequisites to work with our dynamic team.

Key Job Responsibilities
 Data input using EPIC, Word and Excel
 Maintain, organize and update client files, including Word summaries and Excel spreadsheets
 Communication with adjusters with respect to open claims
 Process all incoming mail in a timely fashion
 Assisting Personal Lines Claims Advisors with workload as required
 Special Claims projects as required

Education and Experience Requirements
 Completion of post-secondary education; Business Insurance program an asset
 RIBO, CAIB, CIP designations an asset or courses completed towards designations; RIBO designation a requirement within few months of starting role
 Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and EPIC
 High attention to detail and accuracy
 Excellent time management and organization skills
 Ability to multi‐task between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
 Comprehensive and effective verbal/written communication skills
 Client service and/or advocacy experience
