We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Greg Kelly Insurance Brokerage. The successful applicant will be a high achiever who thrives while working in a fast-paced environment. You must have experience working at a brokerage and be able to provide outstanding customer service along with working as a team to exceed company goals. Responsibilities will include working with existing clients; assisting with the development of new business, handling both personal and commercial lines accounts, advising clients on changes, claims, renewals, using company portals to process changes, re-marketing policies as required and promoting client loyalty through excellent customer service.
Candidates must have a solid understanding of current technology, be organized and detail orientated. Have strong written and oral communication skills, are highly motivated, have excellent negotiating skills, are confident in their sales ability and thrive in a fast paced environment. Experience with Power Broker and Company Portals would be an asset.
This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary as well as the opportunity to earn additional commission. This position requires a valid RIBO license. Any additional certifications would be an asset.
