Senior Director Property Claims

Indemnity, proximate cause, inclusions, exceptions, exceptions to exceptions — do you speak fluent property adjuster? Are you ready to apply your extensive adjusting knowledge and experience to lead a team through the big changes happening in our industry?

Our new Senior Director SGI CANADA Property Claims in Regina will guide and inspire a dedicated leadership team to promote empowerment, accountability and innovation that supports and delivers on corporate strategies. You’ll identify opportunities and risks for our property claims operations with an aim towards continuous improvement and to respond to the changing state of property insurance as a result of technology and customer expectations. You’ll promote collaboration and lead projects that help ensure consistent and customer-focused claims handling policies and processes. To sum it up, you’ll play a major role in securing SGI CANADA’s future as a major Canadian P&C insurance player.

Requirements

Candidates must bring the successful experience and breadth of knowledge necessary to succeed — after all, we’re counting on you. We’re looking for candidates who have a degree in business/commerce and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Candidates must have progressive experience in claims management, as well as a background in property claims adjusting. An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
