This key service role allows you to build and maintain relationships with clients and underwriters by helping existing and new clients choose the right coverage to protect their cars, homes, businesses and belongings. In addition to providing front line customer service within our office, you will be responsible for the servicing a book of personal lines business by advising clients on changes, claims, renewals, and all issues affecting their policies; using company portals to process changes; re-marketing policies as required; and promoting client loyalty through excellent customer service, attention to detail and realtionship building.
Candidates have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, are highly motivated, have excellent negotiating skills, are confident in their sales ability, and thrive in a fast paced environment. While we are seeking a RIBO licensed individual with personal lines experience, it is not required. We provide comprehensive training to individuals wishing to break into this exciting industry.
