Join our team as a Broker Education Representative! In this position, you will lead our regional and national broker education and training programs and serve as a consistent central resource for brokers. The successful candidate can be based out of any of our locations in Saskatchewan.

We hope you consider applying if you:  

  • Have proficient knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Have the experience designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or webinars.
  • Understand broker workflows and needs.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Have the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and stakeholders.
  • Have a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) or CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) license.

Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in Business or Education, or defined equivalency. Working towards a certificate or designation in the field of adult education and three to five years’ experience in a senior technical insurance role.
