• have experience with IRCA Underwriting and Commercial Auto and Fleet.
• have knowledge of premiums, coverages, reinsurance principles and deductibles for applicable insurance products
• can manage multiple changing priorities and deliver results.
• are proficient in independent and collaborative work.
• want to leverage your leadership skills for good – like actively supporting SGI’s culture, expanding your own learning, and supporting your colleagues as they do the same. 

Typically, these skills are gained through a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business and specializing in Insurance and Risk Management, and three to five years’ experience in underwriting.
